Grant joined his brother and dad in the family business in 1994. Grant, like his brother, started out in the field operating and laboring, and obtained his CDL. Over the years, he has served in various capacities. Currently he is responsible for business development, overseeing the management team, creating new positions, team building and is the Chief Executive Officer for G.A. Peak.
Grant’s interests include boating and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, son and daughter and enjoys attending his children’s sporting events.
Graye joined G.A. Peak in 1986 and worked with his dad in the company. He started in the field as an operator and laborer, later became a CDL driver and went on to become an owner and VP of the company. He currently is responsible for purchasing, and with his wide variety of skills and knowledge, fills in wherever he is needed.
Graye enjoys spending time in the mountains and racing his motor car. In addition to being involved in car clubs, he loves spending time with his wife and daughter.
Matt joined the GA Peak team in 2015 as project manager, with about 15 years of experience, and has moved into the role of Director of Field Operations. In his role he oversees the trucking, field, and shop departments. His day-to-day operations include project management, coordinating budget, scheduling, quality work on our job sites, customer relations, and supervising employees.
Matt is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Most of his free time is spent with his wife coaching and cheering on their daughter and son in baseball, soccer, and gymnastics.
Ed joined the GA Peak team in 2014 and is the Lead Estimator. Ed brings about 20 years of experience to this position. His day-to-day operations include estimating our customer’s projects from the budget phase through to hard competitive bids to meet our customer’s needs.
In his spare time, Ed enjoys listening to music and podcasts, golfing, archery, hunting, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.
Monica joined G.A. Peak Excavating, Inc. in 2000 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to the role of office, finance and human resource manager. Her day-to-day responsibilities include finance, cash flow, accounting, human resource management, employee relations, and office management.
Monica is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. In her free time, she thoroughly enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, son, daughter, son in law, and grandson, especially at her favorite vacation destination, Walt Disney World.
