Grace Inspired Ministries along with development partner LNWA (Leon N. Weiner & Associates, Inc.) celebrated the formal groundbreaking ceremony for Sellersville Senior Residences, a 50-unit affordable rental community for older adults aged 55 and over in Sellersville, PA. Sellersville Senior Residences will bring much needed affordable and supportive housing to an area with a growing cost of living and a very limited supply of high-quality, cost-effective, rental housing for seniors. The G.A. Peak team is honored to have played a roll in moving this project to fruition.
